We were surprised this did not cost anymore than the internet ones and made it so much more personal. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to set up a pre paid funeral plan to go to Sam at B Matthews and discuss with her. Absolutely brilliant service from B Matthews, and in particular Gill who really made dealing with such a sensitive and distressing situation so much easier for all the family. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I can't speak highly enough of the whole team from the initial contact to the funeral itself. Everything and I mean everything went off without a hitch, even arranging for the sun to shine on the day of Dad's funeral!
Dad had a wonderful send-off, helped in no small part by B Matthews.
